Many months I will go through the new releases and pick and choose which ones I want to review first. I have found that those shells are the ones I have the most strong feelings about. I either think that I have to get it or it’s absolutely ugly and needs to be sent back to the recycling plant for some shell rethinking. Anyways, for the first month in a long time, January 2012 has brought me a feeling of “I have to have it” for every shell that was released this month. So instead of picking and choosing, I will just march my way down their alphabetical list.
The Eliana Classic shell is made for the original Miche bag that started it all. I tend to be drawn to color and that’s what this shell has. No fancy prints, no over-the-top texturing, just simple color with the addition of a white stripe down the middle of the shell and just a touch of added stitching for a little texture. I really like this color of green, it’s not too dark and drab which can be depressing, but it’s not too bright which could get obnoxious. However, I wouldn’t be mad at the idea of a couple of obnoxiously colored Miche shells in the future.
I would love to see some other shells released with the same design in spring colors; I think they would be a huge hit.
